About Me

I’m not where I want to be.
But I’m done pretending that I’ll fix it "later."

I turn 39 this year. I’ve got two kids, a partner who deserves the best version of me, a high-energy German Shepherd, two cats (one Maine Coon, one unpredictable mix), and a brain that’s constantly sprinting in 12 directions at once.

I live somewhere between ADHD, sleep deprivation, credit card statements, and a junk drawer full of half-started hobbies.

My diet’s been trash. My health’s been slipping.
My time management? Nonexistent.

I’ve been sitting behind a screen until 1 AM every night just to feel like I have time for myself—then waking up exhausted and repeating the cycle.

But this blog isn’t about being broken.
It’s about finally showing up.

For myself.
For my wife.
For my kids.
For my future self at 40 who deserves something better than burnout.

What You’ll Find Here

This is me documenting the rebuild:

  • Losing weight without a gym
  • Parenting without repeating the mistakes of my father
  • Fighting ADHD with music, lists, structure, and stubbornness
  • Kicking sugar, Starbucks, and screen time addictions
  • Paying down more debt than I ever meant to carry
  • Trying to finish what I start—one post, one day, one failure-forward step at a time

🎧 Want a Vibe Check?

Every post on this blog includes a playlist or track I’m listening to while writing—usually lo-fi, synthwave, or something instrumental.
It’s part of how I manage my ADHD, and maybe it’ll help you focus, breathe, or just feel less alone in the noise.

🛠 Once a Week: A Real Review

Every week, I’ll post a review of something I’ve actually used.
It might be gear, tech, ADHD tools, meals, fitness gadgets, or just a thing I thought might help me get better—and whether it actually did.

No fake hype. No sponsorship fluff.
Just real feedback from someone who's trying to turn the ship around.

Let’s Fail Forward

I’m posting five days a week.
Wins, losses, resets, reviews, and real talk.

This is my 40 reset.
Thanks for showing up with me.
